Bugs are an inevitable byproduct of writing software. The job of a Software Quality Assurance team is to find those bugs and report them back to the development team to be fixed before your client sees them.
Our Software Quality Assurance engineers are subject to global testing standards at various levels, to ensure you, the customer, is fully satisfied and the project is working as it should. Lanna Softworks offers Software Quality Assurance as a standalone solution as well as part of an overall solution when combined with other offerings.
Once we begin a Software Quality Assurance project, our Quality Assurance team reviews and analyzes the system requirements documents, project business logic, wireframes and mock-ups and communicates with the customer for clarification and any suggested improvements.
A test plan is then created by dividing testing tasks into phases, or sprints, for ease of controlling the quality process, and determining testing levels, testing types and testing tools. Test cases and test scripts are written and a traceability matrix created to ensure requirements are fully covered.
Testing is then performed by executing the planned test cases, logging defects created and a test summary report is shared with the customer and reviewing defects directly with the client via regular meetings.
